CSM Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț
Club Sportiv Municipal Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț, commonly known as Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț () or simply as Ceahlăul, is a Romanian football club based in Piatra Neamț, Neamț County, currently playing in the Liga III. Originally established in 1919, the team's name stems from the not far off Ceahlău Massif. ''Nemțenii'' made their first appearance in the Romanian top division in the 1993–94 season. The club plays its home matches in black and yellow kits at the 18,000-seater Stadionul Ceahlăul. History Early years (1919–1961) Despite the fact that Piatra Neamț, a town of 85,055 inhabitants (2011 census), has never been historically a landmark of Moldavia being in the shadow of important cultural and economic centers such as: Iași, Galați or Bacău, it can boast with a major thing having the oldest football club from the region. Dumitru Dumitriu (born 19 November 1945 in Bucharest), commonly known as Țiți Dumitru or Dumitriu III, is a retired Romanian footballer and coach. He is the younger brother of Emil Dumitriu ''(Dumitriu II)'' who was an International footballer and champion of Romania with Rapid București and the elder brother of Constantin Dumitriu ''(Dumitriu IV)'' who won the Romanian championship with Steaua București. Playing career Dumitriu started his youth career with Rapid București and made his senior career debut with Metalul Târgoviște in 1964. After a year, he moved to ASA Târgu Mureș, where he spent three years. In 1968, he signed with Steaua București, where he played until 1972. Foresta Fălticeni (also known as ''Foresta Suceava'') was a Romanian professional football club from Fălticeni, Suceava County, Romania, founded in 1954 as ''Avântul Fălticeni'' and subsequently dissolved in 2003. History The club was founded in 1954 in Fălticeni under the name of ''Avântul Fălticeni''. Foresta was the first team representing Divizia C that played in a Romanian Cup final which was lost with 0–6 against Steaua București at the end of the 1966–67 season. Asociația Club Sportiv Victoria Tecuci, commonly known as Victoria Tecuci, was a Romanian football club based in Tecuci, Romania. The club was created in 1954 and last time dissolved in 2021. History The first football match in Tecuci was played in 1926, that match also being the first match played under the floodlights and was played between ''Armata Tecuci'' and ''Armata București''. A.C.S Victoria Tecuci was founded under the name ''Voința Tecuci'' in 1954 and was the first football team from Tecuci that has ever played in a national competition. Petre Steinbach
Petre Steinbach (January 1, 1906 in Timișoara, Romania – 1996 in Germany), was a Romanian football midfielder and manager. Career His career in club football was spent at CAM Timișoara between 1925 and 1928, also playing for Colțea Brașov in 1928–1929, then he moved to Unirea Tricolor București, where he spent 10 years, for a while as a player-coach. Steinbach finished his playing career in the 1939–1940 season at Olympia București. After World War II, Steinbach, because of his German origins was sent for a while to forced labour in the USSR, Joseph Stalin considering that German people doing forced labour was a way for the Germans to pay "war reparations". In 1947 he became coach at ITA Arad, helping the team win the second title in the club's history.
