CSM Borzești
CSM Borzești was a Romania football club from Onești, Bacău County. In 1994 the club merged with Electromecon Onești to form FC Onești. History CSM Borzești was founded 1975 after the merger of CS Știința Bacău with CAROM Onești, the first one being absorbed by the second one. Cupa României
The Cupa României ( en, Romanian Cup) is a Association football, football cup competition for List of football clubs in Romania, Romanian teams which has been held annually since 1933–34 Cupa României, 1933–34, except during World War II. It is the Romania, country's main cup competition, being open to all clubs affiliated with the Romanian Football Federation (FRF) and the county football associations regardless of the league they belong to. Currently, the winner of the competition is granted a place in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers and plays the Supercupa României. Most finals have been held at the Stadionul Național (1953), Stadionul Național (formerly known as "23 August"), and occasionally at other stadiums in Bucharest. 1989–90 Cupa României
The 1989–90 Cupa României was the 52nd edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by Dinamo București against Steaua București. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament. First round proper matches are played on the ground of the lowest ranked team, then from the second round proper the matches are played on a neutral location. If a match is drawn after 90 minutes, the game goes in extra time, if the scored is still tight after 120 minutes, then the winner will be established at penalty kicks.
