CONMEBOL Club Competitions
The South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL, , or CSF; es, Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol; pt, Confederação Sul-Americana de Futebol) is the continental governing body of football in South America (apart from Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana) and it is one of FIFA's six continental confederations. The oldest continental confederation in the world, its headquarters are located in Luque, Paraguay, near Asunción. CONMEBOL is responsible for the organization and governance of South American football's major international tournaments. With 10 member soccer associations, it has the fewest members of all the confederations in FIFA. CONMEBOL national teams have won ten FIFA World Cups (Brazil five, Argentina three and Uruguay two) and CONMEBOL clubs have won 22 Intercontinental Cups and four FIFA Club World Cups. The French Guiana football team (french: Sélection de Guyane de football) is the regional football team of the French overseas department and region of French Guiana, and is controlled by the Ligue de Football de Guyane, the local branch of Fédération Française de Football. Arturo Salah
Arturo Salah Cassani (born 4 December 1949) is a Chilean former footballer and manager. From January 2016 until 2019 he was the president of Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional. He studied civil engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Manager career He began his managerial career with Colo-Colo. He won two national championships (1986 & 1989), finished runner-up twice (1987 & 1988), and won the Copa Chile three times with Colo-Colo. After that impressive run with Colo-Colo, Salah took charge of the Chilean national team from 1990 to 1993. In 1991, he led "''La Roja''" to a third place in the Copa America. He stayed in charged of "''La Roja''" for 30 games, of which he won 12, tied 7, and lost 11. After that he was hired as the coach of Universidad de Chile.
