''CMFT'' is the debut solo album by American rock musician Corey Taylor. It was released on October 2, 2020, by Roadrunner Records. Critical reception ''Wall of Sound'' scored the album 7.5/10, stating: " orey Taylor isdoing something that he's always wanted to do. You're not going to hear these songs on a Stone Sour or Slipknot album, but you will hear them on ''CMFT'' which presents the iconic frontman's progression as a musician and just how talented he can be when he tries his hand at genres that have piqued his interest over the years." Corey Taylor
Corey Todd Taylor (born December 8, 1973) is an American musician, songwriter and actor. He is the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Slipknot (band), Slipknot, in which he is designated #8, as well as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the rock band Stone Sour. Taylor co-founded Stone Sour with drummer Joel Ekman in 1992, playing in the Des Moines, Iowa, Des Moines, Iowa area, and working on a demo. He joined Slipknot in 1997 to replace their original lead singer Anders Colsefni and has subsequently released seven studio albums with them. After the first two Slipknot albums went Music recording sales certification, Platinum, Taylor revived Stone Sour to record an album and tour in 2002. Tyronne Buddy-Lee Ike Hill, better known by his stage name Kid Bookie, is a rapper from South East London. Biography Kid Bookie's first foray into music began at school where he played guitar in local South London bands. Whilst growing up his family, and in particular his father, introduced him to hip hop and during his teens it became his most prominent genre of interest. His work in this space ultimately resulted in him befriending and collaborating with rapper Dot Rotten. Rotten is credited with giving Kid Bookie his first mainstream moment by bringing the then 16 year old Bookie on to perform live on BBC Radio 1 Xtra. Prong is an American heavy metal band formed in New York City in 1986. The band is fronted by guitarist/vocalist Tommy Victor, Prong's sole constant member. To date, they have released 12 studio albums (including a covers album), one live album, four EPs, one DVD and one remix album. Prong had two independent releases, '' Primitive Origins'' (1987) and ''Force Fed'' (1989), which attracted the attention of Epic Records, who signed the band in 1989. "On the Dark Side" is a song by fictional American rock band Eddie and the Cruisers, released as a tie-in to the 1983 film of the same name. When initially released in September 1983, the song peaked at No. 64 on the ''Billboard'', while the film itself was pulled after three weeks in the theaters. When the film was released to home video and pay cable outlets in early 1984, the film as well as the song received renewed interest and the single was re-released. Thomas William Cochrane ( ; born May 14, 1953) is a Canadian musician best known as the frontman for the rock band Red Rider and for his work as a solo singer-songwriter. Cochrane has won eight Juno Awards. He is a member of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, an officer of the Order of Canada, and has an honorary doctorate from Brandon University.
