Eastern Administrative Okrug (russian: Восто́чный администрати́вный о́круг, ), or Vostochny Administrative Okrug, is one of the twelve high-level territorial divisions (administrative okrugs) of the federal city of Moscow, Russia.Law #13-47 As of the 2010 Census, its population was 1,452,759, up from 1,394,497 recorded during the 2002 Census. Vertex Buffer Object
A vertex buffer object (VBO) is an OpenGL feature that provides methods for uploading vertex data (position, normal vector, color, etc.) to the video device for non-immediate-mode rendering. VBOs offer substantial performance gains over immediate mode rendering primarily because the data reside in video device memory rather than system memory and so it can be rendered directly by the video device. These are equivalent to vertex buffers in Direct3D. The vertex buffer object specification has been standardized by thOpenGL Architecture Review Boardas of OpenGL Version 1.5 (in 2003). Vienna Art Orchestra
The Vienna Art Orchestra was a European jazz group based in Vienna, Austria. Organized at different times as either a big band or as a smaller combo, it was regarded as one of the leading European jazz ensembles and was an official cultural ambassador of the Republic of Austria. History Founded in 1977 by director and composer Mathias Rüegg, the band started out by performing Rüegg's postmodern compositions on stages throughout Europe. Among the founding musicians were singer Lauren Newton, saxophonists Wolfgang Puschnig and Harry Sokal, trombone player Christian Radovan, tuba player Jon Sass, and mallet percussionist Woody Schabata. In 1980, the ensemble signed a recording contract with the Swiss hatART label, and in 1984 they toured the United States for the first time. VAO (sports Club)
Vizantinos Athlitikos Omilos ("Byzantine Athletic Club") or VAO is a multi-sport club in the city of Thessaloniki. It was founded in 1926. The current seat of the club is the suburb of Thessaloniki Sykies. Nowadays it maintains departments of basketball, volleyball, cycling, and others. Its colours are orange and black and its emblem is a double-headed eagle. History VAO was founded in 1926. The club took part in the first Greek Basketball Championship in 1928. VAO achieved to play in the final but it defeated by Iraklis. The last presence of VAO in the highest level of Greek basketball was the season 1996-97. The club finished in the last place having only three wins.
