UEC European Track Championships – Women's Individual Pursuit
The women's individual pursuit at the UEC European Track Championships was first competed in 2014 in Guadeloupe Guadeloupe (; ; gcf, label=Antillean Creole, Gwadloup, ) is an archipelago and overseas department and region of France in the Caribbean. It consists of six inhabited islands—Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre, Marie-Galante, La Désirade, and the ..., France. Katie Archibald has dominated the event, winning its first four editions, before finally being pushed into silver in 2018 by Lisa Brennauer of Germany. Josie Knight (born 29 March 1997) is an English professional racing cyclist who has represented Great Britain and England since 2018. Knight was part of the Great Britain team that won the silver medal in team pursuit at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, and the 2022 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France. Representing England, Knight won bronze in team pursuit at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England. 2021 UEC European Track Championships was the twelfth edition of the elite UEC European Track Championships in track cycling and took place at the Tissot Velodrome in Grenchen, Switzerland, from 5 to 9 October 2021. Originally it was supposed to be held in Minsk, Belarus, between 23 and 27 June 2021 as an elite UEC European Track Championships in track cycling On 27 May 2021 the Management Board of the European Cycling Union decided to cancel the 2021 Elite Track European Championships scheduled in Minsk in June 2021. On 1 June, it was announced that the championships would go ahead in the second week of October 2021. Neah Evans (born 1 August 1990) is a Scottish professional racing cyclist specialising in track endurance events.
