Triathlon At The 2006 Asian Games
Triathlon for both men and women were contested on December 8 at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar. Both men and women competed on the Corniche Triathlon Course. This is the first Asian Games for the Triathlon event. The course features a 1,500 meters swim, a 40 kilometers bike ride, and a 10 kilometers run. Triathlon at the 2010 Asian Games was held in Guangzhou, China from November 13 to 14, 2010. Both men and women competed on the Guangzhou Triathlon Venue. The triathlon contains three components; a 1.5 kilometers (0.93 mi) swim, 40 kilometers (25 mi) cycle, and a 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) run. Chi Wo "Daniel" Lee (, ''Lee Chi Wo'', born April 9, 1977) is an athlete from Hong Kong. He competes in the triathlon. Lee is the leading triathlete in Hong Kong, being the first triathlon representative from Hong Kong in the Sydney Olympic Games. She is the winner of the 2005 and 2008 Asian Triathlon Championship and the winner of the 2013 ITU Duathlon World Championships.
