Sexton is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Irvington Township, Kossuth County, Iowa, United States. It is located at the intersection of U.S. Route 18 and Kossuth CR P60. Sexton Blake is a rock band based in Portland, Oregon. They are signed to the independent record label, Expunged Records and their name derives from the British television series Sexton Blake (TV series). History Its members include frontman Josh Hodges, Ryan Biornstad, Tom Homolya, and Tim Edgar. Hodges, along with Biornstad, are also members of Portland-based band Starfucker (also known as STRFKR). CBS Sexton Street is a Christian Brothers secondary school located in Limerick, Ireland. The school has approximately 500 students. The current principal is Denis O'Connor, and the current vice principal is Elaine O'Connell. History Colaiste Mhichil was founded by Edmund Rice, a Christian Brother, to provide education for boys in Limerick city. Their numbers having declined, the Christian Brothers no longer have day-to-day involvement in the administration of the school. The 25pdr SP, tracked, Sexton was a Canadian-designed self-propelled artillery vehicle of the Second World War. It was based on Canadian-built derivatives of the American M3 Lee and M4 Sherman tank chassis. Canada had set up to produce the Ram tank using the M3 chassis and Grizzly (a copy of the M4) to complement US medium tank production; when Sherman production in the US expanded and supply was no longer a problem, it was decided in 1943 to switch the Canadian production lines to produce the Sexton to give the British Army a mobile artillery gun using their Ordnance QF 25-pounder gun-howitzer for commonality with towed guns. The Sexton could fire either HE shell or an armour-piercing shell. It found use in the Canadian and British Army, as well as numerous other British Empire and associated forces.
