Rock Cup
The Rock Cup is Gibraltar's premier cup association football, football competition, and is organised annually by the Gibraltar Football Association (GFA). From 1894/95 Gibraltar's Cup Competition was known as "The Senior Merchant's Cup". In 1935 a new trophy was presented, to the Gibraltar Football Association by the Merchants, Traders and Hotels of Gibraltar and thus the Rock Cup, as it is known today, was born. The winner of the 2014 Rock Cup was to be the first one to participate in the 2014–15 UEFA Europa League, Europa League, but as Lincoln Red Imps F.C., Lincoln Red Imps had already been titled league champion, thus qualifying for 2014–15 UEFA Champions League, the losing finalist Europa F.C., College Europa qualified for the 2014–15 UEFA Europa League#First qualifying round, first qualifying round. 2021 Rock Cup
The 2021 Gibtelecom Rock Cup was a single-leg knockout tournament contested by clubs from Gibraltar, with twelve clubs participating. The winner of the competition qualified to compete in the 2021–22 UEFA Europa Conference League. Europa F.C., Europa were the defending champions after defeating Gibraltar United F.C., Gibraltar United by a score of 3–0 in the 2019 Rock Cup, 2019 final. There was no 2020 winner, as the tournament was abandoned after 2 rounds due to the COVID-19 pandemic. First round The draw for the all rounds of this season's tournament was held on 12 March 2021. Seven Gibraltar National League sides entered at this stage along with F.C. Hound Dogs, Hound Dogs, who were competing in the abandoned 2020–21 Gibraltar Intermediate League. The 2020 Gibtelecom Rock Cup was a single-leg knockout tournament contested by clubs from Gibraltar. There were thirteen clubs participating in the cup this season. The winner of the competition would have qualified to compete in the 2020–21 Europa League. Europa were the defending champions after defeating Gibraltar United by a score of 3–0 in the previous season's final. The final was played on 26 May 2019. The winner of the competition qualified to compete in the 2019–20 Europa League. The 2017–18 Rock Cup was a single-leg knockout tournament played by clubs from Gibraltar. This season's version of the Rock Cup was sponsored by Gibtelecom, and is known as the Gibtelecom Rock Cup for sponsorship purposes. The first match of the 2016 Rock Cup was played 10 January 2016. The competition will be a single-leg knockout tournament. The first round will be contested between second division teams, with premier division teams joining in the second round. The winner of this competition qualifies for the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League and would be able to enter the tournament in the first qualifying round. 2015 Rock Cup
The first match of the 2015 Rock Cup was played 7 January 2015. The winner of the tournament (Lincoln) qualified for the 2015–16 UEFA Europa League and would have entered the tournament in the first qualifying round. Since Lincoln also won the 2014–15 Gibraltar Premier Division, the place reserved for the cup winner went to the second place team in the league.
