The United States presidential library system is a nationwide network of 16 libraries administered by the Office of Presidential Libraries, which is part of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Kim Dae-jung (, ; 6 January 192418 August 2009) was a South Korean politician, activist and statesman who served as the eighth president of South Korea from 1998 to 2003. Kim entered politics as a member of the new wing of the Democratic Party. Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library
Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library () is one of the three national Libraries in Russia. Located in St. Petersburg, its focus is on electronic collections on all topics Russian, not just the life of its namesake. Established in May 2009 by then-president Vladimir Putin, it was named in honour of former president Boris Yeltsin. Unlike other Russian national libraries, which operate under the authority of Ministry of Culture, it is under the Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation. In November 2014, it announced its intention to start an online encyclopedia, which it dubbed an alternative to Wikipedia. Olusegun Obasanjo
Chief Olusegun Matthew Okikiola Ogunboye Aremu Obasanjo (; ; born 5 March 1937) is a Nigerian former army general, politician and statesman who served as Nigeria's head of state from 1976 to 1979 and later as its president from 1999 to 2007. Ideologically a Nigerian nationalist, he was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from 1998 to 2015, and since 2018. Born in the village of Ibogun-Olaogun to a farming family of the Owu branch of the Yoruba, Obasanjo was educated largely in Abeokuta, Ogun State. He joined the Nigerian Army and specialised in engineering and served in the Congo, Britain, and India, rising to the rank of Major. Abeokuta is the capital city of Ogun State located at the south western part of Nigeria. The Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library is a library owned by Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, a former President of Nigeria. It is a historic, tourist and academic centre established as a national archive for the preservation of documents and materials used by the president during his tenure as the president of Nigeria. The library is located at Oke Mosan Abeokuta, Ogun State in Nigeria. History The library resembles the presidential library system from the United States.
