Doug Webb (born 1960) is an American jazz saxophonist. AllMusic credits/ref> Early life and education Born in Chicago, Webb moved to California with his family at the age of three. He graduated from Edison High School in Huntington Beach, California. Webb received his Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music. He began playing the clarinet at the age of eight, adding the saxophone and flute by age 15. Tom Tallitsch (born 1974) is an American jazz saxophonist. He is also a composer, music educator, piano teacher for students with autism, musical director for the Big Sky Project Dance Company, and jazz radio host. His most recent recording is ''All Together Now'' (Posi-Tone, 2015) Tallitsch was born in Elmhurst, Illinois and raised in Westlake, Ohio. Jim Rotondi
James Robert Rotondi (born 28 August 1962) is an American jazz trumpeter, composer, arranger, educator, and conductor. The youngest of five siblings, Rotondi was born in Butte, Montana. He played in New York City for twenty years before moving to Austria. He has taught at the University for Music and Dramatic Arts in Graz, Austria. He has released over ten albums as a leader for Sharp Nine, Criss Cross, Posi-Tone, and Smoke Sessions Records. He has played on over eighty albums as a sideman. Samuel Carthorne Rivers (September 25, 1923 – December 26, 2011) was an American jazz musician and composer. Though most famously a tenor saxophonist, he also performed on soprano saxophone, bass clarinet, flute, harmonica, piano and viola. Active in jazz since the early 1950s, he earned wider attention during the mid-1960s spread of free jazz. With a thorough command of music theory, orchestration and composition, Rivers was an influential and prominent artist in jazz music. Early life Rivers was born in El Reno, Oklahoma, United States. His father was a gospel musician who had sung with the Fisk Jubilee Singers and the Silverstone Quartet, exposing Rivers to music from an early age. His grandfather was Marshall W. Joseph Anthony Magnarelli (born January 19, 1960) is an American jazz trumpeter and flugelhornist. Early life and education Magnarelli was born in Syracuse, New York. He received a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1982 and began playing in New York City in 1986. Career Magnarelli was a member of Lionel Hampton's ensemble (1987–1989) and worked with Brother Jack McDuff from 1989 to 1994. He cofounded the New York Hard Bop Quintet in 1991 and led his own ensembles in the 1990s, often with John Swana and Jerry Weldon. Steve Horowitz (born Steven Michael Horowitz on October 3, 1964) is an American composer, performing musician, producer, audio engineer, author, and teacher from Brooklyn, New York. Horowitz is the bassist for the experimental music group, The Code International, who has been creating and releasing album-format music since 1993. He is best known as the film score composer, for the Academy Award-winning Morgan Spurlock documentary film, ''Super Size Me''.
