Pennsylvania Route 419
Pennsylvania Route 419 (PA 419) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 322 (US 322) in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County north to PA 183 in Bethel Township, Berks County. The route heads east from US 322 through Quentin and Cornwall to Schaefferstown, where it turns east and passes through Newmanstown. PA 419 enters Berks County and passes through Womelsdorf, where it comes to a junction with US 422. From the route, the route continues north and passes through Rehrersburg and has an interchange with Interstate 78 (I-78)/ US 22 near Schubert before coming to its northern terminus. PA 419 is a two-lane undivided road its entire length and passes through rural areas. Swatara State Park
Swatara State Park is a Pennsylvania state park in Bethel, Swatara and Union Townships, Lebanon and Pine Grove Township, Schuylkill Counties in Pennsylvania in the United States. of Swatara Creek lie within the park's boundaries, which are roughly formed by Pennsylvania Route 443 to the north and Interstate 81 to the south. The park is in a valley in the ridge and valley region of Pennsylvania between Second Mountain (north) and Blue Mountain (south). Swatara State Park is a fairly new park for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It was opened in 1987 and is still largely undeveloped. The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is working on plans to further develop the lands of Swatara State Park. The original plans called for the building of a dam and reservoir for recreational fishing and boating as well as to provide drinking water for the City of Lebanon. North Lebanon Township is a township in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Lebanon, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 12,000 at the 2020 census. History Lebanon Township was divided to form North Lebanon Township and South Lebanon Township in 1840. The Union Canal Tunnel was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1994. Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 17.0 square miles (44.1 km2), of which 16.9 square miles (43.8 km2) is land and 0.1 square mile (0.3 km2) (0.65%) is water. Pennsylvania Route 72 (PA 72) is a north–south state route located in southeast Pennsylvania. The southern terminus of the route is at U.S. Route 222 (US 222) and PA 272 in Lancaster. The northern terminus is at PA 443 north of Lickdale in Union Township. PA 72 serves as a major road connecting Lancaster and Lebanon counties, serving East Petersburg, Manheim, Cornwall, Lebanon, and Jonestown. Myerstown ( Pennsylvania Dutch: ''Moyerschteddel'') is a borough located in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. It is part of the Lebanon, Pennsylvania Metropolitan statistical area.
