The is an all-stations train service in Japan operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) in Tokyo between on the Chuo Line or on the Musashino Line and in Saitama Prefecture.JR Timetable, February 2011 issue It avoids passengers having to change trains at or to access the western portion of the Musashino line to/from Ōmiya. The is a railway line operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East). It links Tsurumi Station in Yokohama with Nishi-Funabashi Station in Chiba Prefecture, forming a 100.6 km unclosed loop around central Tokyo. ''Musashino'' (, ) is a triptych print by the Japanese ukiyo-e artist Kitagawa Utamaro ( – 1806). It is a ''mitate-e'' parody picture that alludes to the story in the 12th section of ''The Tales of Ise''. Background Ukiyo-e art flourished in Japan during the Edo period from the 17th to 19th centuries, and took as its primary subjects courtesans, kabuki actors, and others associated with the "floating world" lifestyle of the pleasure districts. Alongside paintings, mass-produced woodblock prints were a major form of the genre. In the mid-18th century full-colour ' prints became common, printed using a large number of woodblocks, one for each colour. Doppo Kunikida
was a Japanese author of novels and romantic poetry during the Meiji period, noted as one of the inventors of Japanese naturalism. Early life and education Doppo Kunikida was born in Chōshi, Chiba as Tetsuo Kunikida. While some doubt exists as to his biological father, Doppo was raised by his mother and her samurai-class husband. The family moved to Tokyo in 1874, but relocated to Yamaguchi prefecture and Doppo grew up in Iwakuni. The rural area of Chōshū left Doppo with a love of nature and influenced the naturalism which later appeared in his literature. Doppo quit school in order to help support his family in 1888, but left for school in Tokyo in 1889. He studied at the English department of Tōkyō Senmon Gakkō (now Waseda University). Interested in western democracy, he developed a defiant attitude to the school's administration and was expelled from the school in 1891. Urawa No Usagi-chan
is a Japanese anime television series aimed to promote Urawa in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. The series aired in Japan from April to June 2015. A second season titled ''Musasino!'' was scheduled to premiere in July 2017, but was delayed to July 2022. Plot The series is set in Urawa Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. It follows 8 junior high school students in their daily lives in the ward. Five of them belong to the "Railway Club", while 3 are members of the student council. ''Musasino!'' follows the Railway Club as they try to save themselves from being disbanded. It also introduces characters from Urawa's neighboring Ōmiya Ward.
