''Monumental'' is a collaborative studio album by American rapper and record producer Pete Rock and hip hop duo Smif-N-Wessun. It was released on June 28, 2011, through Duck Down Music. The recording sessions took place at DaMan Studios in New York. The album was produced by Pete Rock, who also served as executive producer together with Steele and Tek. It features guest appearances from Black Rob, Buckshot, Bun B, Freeway, Heltah Skeltah, Hurricane G, Jahdan Blakkamoore, Memphis Bleek, Raekwon, Styles P, Top Dog, and Tyler Woods. The album peaked at number 110 on the ''Billboard'' 200 and number 24 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. Critical reception ''Monumental'' was met with generally favorable reviews. At Album of the Year, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream publications, the album received an average score of 74, based on four reviews. E Nomine (Latin for "Out of the Name", from the ''In Nomine'', "In the Name f) is a German musical project formed in 1999 by producers Christian Weller and Friedrich "Fritz" Graner. Their music, which they call monumental vocal style, is a combination of trance, techno, and vocals which closely resemble Gregorian singing and chanting. Other vocals are performed by German voice actors such as long-time collaborators Christian Brückner and Rolf Schult. The primary languages in the songs are German and Latin. The project released its first album, '' Das Testament'', in 1999. It was followed by '' Finsternis'' in 2002, '' Die Prophezeiung'' in 2003 and a compilation in 2004 ('' Das Beste aus... Gottes Beitrag und Teufels Werk''), which also included new songs. No further official releases followed, but the project never officially ended. Monumental Church
Monumental Church is a former Episcopal church at 1224 E. Broad Street between N. 12th and College streets in Richmond, Virginia. Designed by architect Robert Mills, it is one of America's earliest and most distinctive Greek Revival churches. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been designated as a National Historic Landmark and is located in the Court End historic district. Monumental Church was built between 1812 and 1814 to commemorate the 72 people who died on the site in the December 26, 1811, Richmond Theatre fire. The building consists of two parts: a crypt and a church. The crypt is located beneath the sanctuary and contains the remains of those who died in the fire. The church is octagonal in form; its walls are constructed with brick faced with Aquia Creek sandstone and a stucco finish.
