The 2020 Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenge was the second edition of the Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenge road cycling one day race. It was held on 6 August as a category 1.1 event on the 2020 UCI Europe Tour. The race, which started in Vaison-la-Romaine and finished at the summit of Mont Ventoux, was won by Aleksandr Vlasov of , while defending champion Jesús Herrada of finished in ninth. Teams Eighteen teams participated in the race, which consisted of six UCI WorldTeams, nine UCI ProTeams, and three UCI Continental Teams. The 2021 Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenge was the third edition of the Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenge road cycling one-day race, which was a category 1.1 event on the 2021 UCI Europe Tour. After the 2020 edition was postponed to August due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the race returned to its usual mid-June time slot. The long race in the southeastern French province of Provence started in Vaison-la-Romaine and featured two ascents of Mont Ventoux, with the race finishing at the summit of the second ascent. The first ascent took the eastern route from Sault, while the second ascent took the southern route from Bédoin.
