The 2020 Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenge was the second edition of the Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenge road cycling one day race. It was held on 6 August as a category 1.1 event on the 2020 UCI Europe Tour. The race, which started in Vaison-la-Romaine and finished at the summit of Mont Ventoux, was won by Aleksandr Vlasov of , while defending champion Jesús Herrada of finished in ninth. After the 2020 edition was postponed to August due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the race returned to its usual mid-June time slot. The long race in the southeastern French province of Provence started in Vaison-la-Romaine and featured two ascents of Mont Ventoux, with the race finishing at the summit of the second ascent.
