Moldovan Super Liga
The Moldovan Super Liga is an association football league that is currently the top division of Moldovan football league system. The competition was established in 1992, when the country became independent from the Soviet Union. It was formed in place of former Soviet republican competitions that existed since 1945. Before the Soviet occupation of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina in 1940, clubs from modern Moldova competed in the Romanian football competitions, particularly Nistru Chișinău. There are currently eight teams in the competition. At the end of the season, the bottom club is relegated to the Moldovan Liga 1 and replaced by the lower league's champion. Sheriff Tiraspol—located in Transnistria—is the most successful league club with 20 titles, and is followed by Zimbru Chișinău with eight wins. Fotbal Club Zimbru Chișinău, commonly known as Zimbru Chișinău or simply Zimbru, is a Moldovan professional Association football, football club based in Chișinău, which competes in the Moldovan Super Liga, the highest tier of Football in Moldova, Moldovan football. Founded in the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1947, Zimbru entered the Soviet Top League in 1956 and totalled eleven participations before their last relegation in 1983. Slovak Super Liga
The Slovak Super Liga is the top level football league in Slovakia, currently known as the Fortuna Liga due to a sponsorship arrangement. It was formed in 1993 following the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. The record for most titles is eleven, held by Slovan Bratislava, who are the current title holders. UEFA Coefficients
In European football, the UEFA coefficients are statistics based in weighted arithmetic means used for ranking and seeding teams in club and international competitions. Introduced in 1979 for men's football tournaments, and after applied in women's football and futsal, the coefficients are calculated by UEFA, who administer football within Europe, as well as Armenia, Israel and the Asian parts of some transcontinental countries. The confederation publishes three types of rankings: one analysing a single season, one analysing a five-year span and another analysing a ten-year span. FC Sfîntul Gheorghe
FC Sfîntul Gheorghe is a Moldovan professional football club based in Suruceni, Moldova. They play in the Moldovan Super Liga, the top division in Moldovan football. History The club was formed in 2003. Until 2007, it was represented by seven youth teams, aged 10–18 years. In 2007, the Under-18 team became the champion of The Republic of Moldova. In 2008–2009, the club decided to enter the second tier of Moldovan football, the Divizia A. Dacia Buiucani
Dacia Buiucani is a Moldovan football club from the Buiucani sector of Chișinău. The club competes in the Moldovan Super Liga, the first tier of Moldovan football. The academy of the club is called CSCT Buiucani. CSCT is an abbreviation for Sports Club for Children and Youth ( ro, Clubul Sportiv pentru Copii și Tineret). CSF Bălți is a Moldovan professional football club based in Bălți, founded in 1984 as ''FC Zaria Bălți'' and refounded in 2020 as ''CSF Bălți''.
