Mamamusic is a Ukrainian record label. The company is a privately owned and operated by Yurii Nikitin. Overview On December 9, 1999, Yuri Nikitin, then CEO of Nova Management, founded Mamamusic, which now handles copyright, as well as providing production services and recording songs for Ukrainian and foreign artists. Mamamusic company is engaged in activities that cover almost all areas of show business: * promo support for artists and PR; * digital sale of music content - mobile devices, the Internet; * legal protection of performers' interests, copyright; * organization of concert activities; * sale of rights to use the image of artists in sponsorship and advertising activities. Daria "Dasha" Viktorivna Astafieva ( uk, Дар'я Вікторівна Астаф’єва; born 4 August 1985) is a Ukrainian model, singer, and actress. Formerly of the Ukrainian pop duo NikitA, Astafieva was the 2007 Playmate of the Year for Ukrainian ''Playboy'' and the 55th Anniversary Playmate for American ''Playboy''. Early life Dasha Astafieva was born in Ordzhonikidze, Ukraine in 1985. When she was a little girl, Astafieva found a copy of ''Playboy'' in a closet at her family's house. NuAngels, also known by their former name neAngely (Ukrainian & Russian: неАнгелы), is a Ukrainian duo that was formed in 2006 by Ukrainian producer Yuriy Nikitin. The duo is made up of Oksana Kuznyetsova ( uk, Оксана Кузнєцова, russian: Оксана Кузнецова), known as "Slava" (Ukrainian & Russian: Слава) and Ekaterina Smeyukha ( uk, Катерина Смеюха, russian: Екатерина Смеюха), known as "Viktoriya" ( uk, Вікторія russian: Виктория). AVIATOR ( uk, Авіатор, ) is a Ukrainian band, which was formed in 2005 in Kyiv, Ukraine. From the beginning, the group occupied a niche of the romantic character of pop-music, and it still remains a leader of the field. The release of the debut album «V efire» («On Air», ) made a splash on the national show-business market: for the first week, the band sold over 50,000 of copies, and, in total, the album has been sold in over 200,000 copies. Skryabin (band)
Skryabin ( uk, Скрябін, also transliterated as ''Scriabin'' or ''Skriabin'') is a Ukrainian rock, pop band formed in 1989 in Novoyavorivsk, Ukraine. Prominent Ukrainian musician Andriy "Kuzma" Kuzmenko ( uk, Андрій Кузьменко) was the band's lead singer until his death in 2015. During its existence, Skryabin has gone from synthpop to rock and pop music. As it progressed, the band's style has been divided into "classic Skryabin" and "new Skryabin". People's Artist Of Ukraine
People's Artist of Ukraine is an honorary and the highest title awarding to outstanding performing artists whose merits are exceptional in the sphere of the development of the performing arts (theatre, music, dance, circus, cinema, etc.). Established in 1922 during Soviet times, it was technically called People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (Народний артист УРСР). With the establishment of independent Ukraine, this tradition was kept and the title was renamed as People's Artist of Ukraine (Народний артист України). Its recipients include many of the most highly acclaimed composers, dancers, singers, musicians, film and theatre directors, actors, circus performers, etc. During Soviet times, a person was usually named People's Artist only after reaching the age of 40. Iryna Bilyk
Iryna Mykolayivna Bilyk ( ua, Ірина Миколаївна Білик, born 1970 in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian singer, songwriter, and People's Artist of Ukraine. She wrote her first song at the age of ten. In 1995, Bilyk performed for the United States President Bill Clinton. She has produced twelve musical albums (including several in Russian and one in Polish), many video clips, and continues to be active in the music industry.
