Darién Province
Darién (, ; ) is a Provinces of Panama, province in Panama whose capital city is La Palma, Darién, La Palma. With an area of , it is located at the eastern end of the country and bordered to the north by the province of Panamá Province, Panamá and the region of Guna Yala, Kuna Yala. Penonomé District
Penonomé is a district (''distrito'') of Coclé Province in Panama. The population according to the 2000 census was 72,448. The district covers a total area of 1700 km2. The capital lies at the city of Penonomé. Penonome is the capital city of the province of Cocle. This province starts in the salt plains and Pacific coast, crosses sugar cane fields and reaches impressive waterfalls and mountain tops where orchids grow. Bocas del Toro (), also known colloquially as Bocas Town, is the capital of the Panamanian province of Bocas del Toro Province, Bocas del Toro and the district of Bocas del Toro District, Bocas del Toro. Naso Tjër Di (meaning “I am from the grandmother's river") is a landlocked indigenous region of Panama, located in the extreme northwest of the country, on the banks of the Teribe River and adjacent to the border between Costa Rica and Panama. Veraguas Province
Veraguas () is a province of Panama, located in the centre-west of the country. The capital is the city of Santiago de Veraguas. It is the only Panamanian province to border both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. It covers an area of 10,587.6 km² and in 2023 it had a population of 259,791.
