Birendra Kumar Kanodia is a Nepalese politician and member of the Lumbini Provincial Assembly. He was elected as parliamentary party leader. Hitu Kanodia (born 21 February 1970) is Gujarati film actor and politician from Gujarat, India. Biography Hitu Kanodia was born on 21 February 1970 to actor-politician Naresh Kanodia and Ratan Kanodia. He has studied 12th grade. He started his film career as a child artist. He has acted in over 100 Gujarati films. He contested from Kadi constituency in 2012 Gujarat Legislative Assembly election but lost. He is chairman of Datamatics Group of Companies which he founded in 1975, national president of the Indo - American Chamber of Commerce and vice president of the Indian Merchants Chamber, both organizations of the Indian business community. He has also served as president of the Management Consultants Association of India. Mahesh Kanodia (27 January 1937 – 25 October 2020) was a singer and a politician from Gujarat state in India. Biography Mahesh Kanodia was born on 27 January 1937, at Kanoda village (now in Patan district, Gujarat), India. He completed his primary education from Shahpur School in Ahmedabad. He worked in Gujarati cinema for four decades as a musician, singer and composer. He performed with his actor-singer brother Naresh Kanodia. He represented the Patan constituency in Lok Sabha four times (10th, 11th, 12th and 14th) as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, 1991–1999, and 2004–2009. Naresh Kanodia
Naresh Kanodia (20 August 1943 – 27 October 2020) was an Indian Gujarati film actor, singer, musician and politician from Gujarat. Early life Naresh Kanodia was born on 20 August 1943 at the village of Kanoda (now in Patan district, Gujarat, India) in poor mill worker's family of Mithabhai Kanodia. Career He started to perform as a stage singer and dancer along with his elder brother Mahesh Kanodia. They are one of the successful musical pairs in the Gujarati film industry, known as Mahesh-Naresh. During the 1980s he and his brother were the first Gujarati pair to travel overseas and perform as stage artists in locations including Africa, America and some other Asian countries. Kanodia started his career with the film ''Veli Ne Avya Phool'' (1970). The same year he also played a minor role in the film ''Jigar and Ami''. He has acted more than 100 Gujarati films.
