Crest (heraldry)
A crest is a component of a heraldic display, consisting of the device borne on top of the helm. Originating in the decorative sculptures worn by knights in tournaments and, to a lesser extent, battles, crests became solely pictorial after the 16th century (the era referred to by heraldists as that of "paper heraldry"). The Jatiya Sangsad ( bn, জাতীয় সংসদ, lit=National Parliament, translit=Jatiyô Sôngsôd), often referred to simply as the ''Sangsad'' or JS and also known as the House of the Nation, is the supreme legislative body of Bangladesh. Barrister Nihad Kabir is a Bangladeshi woman business magnate, lawyer and educator. She is well known for being one of the prominent women lawyers in Bangladesh. Farah Mahbub (born 27 May 1966) is a Bangladeshi justice of the High Court Division. Early life and education Farah Mahbub's father, Mahbubur Rahman, is a senior advocate in the Supreme Court & former minister of Bangladesh. Farah Mahbub passed SSC from Viqarunnisa Noon School and College in 1983 and HSC from Holy Cross College in 1985.
