Hiroshima City Network
The is the common name for the JR West rail lines in the Hiroshima metropolitan area. The network was created on October 5, 2002, and modeled after the Urban Network in the Kyōto-Osaka-Kōbe area of Japan. Unlike the Urban Network, the Hiroshima City Network was not created in order to serve the suburbs and surrounding environs of a large city, but rather to service primarily stations within 30–40 minutes of Hiroshima Station. West Japan Railway Company
, also referred to as , is one of the Japan Railways Group (JR Group) companies and operates in western Honshu. It has its headquarters in Kita-ku, Osaka. Hiroshima, Hiroshima

Hiroshima Station
is a railway station in Minami-ku, Hiroshima, Japan, operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West). Hiroshima Station is the terminal station for several lines, and all San'yō Shinkansen trains stop here. Station layout Hiroshima Station has two main entrances: the north — or Shinkansen — entrance, and the south entrance. Until the 1975 opening of the Shinkansen service, the Shinkansen entrance was called the "north entrance", and many local residents, newspapers, and real estate advertisements continue to refer to it as the "north entrance". Kaitaichi Station
is a railway station in Kaita, Aki District, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West). Lines Kaitaichi Station is served by the Sanyō Main Line and Kure Line. Layout The station has one side platform and two island platforms on ground level, with an elevated station office located above the platforms and the tracks. The Sanyo Main Line has 4 tracks between this station and Hiroshima station. The track used by Kure Line trains bound for Yano splits off the track used by Sanyo Line trains around Aki-Nakano, located about 600m west from this station.
