Haikyu!!
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. It was serialized in Shueisha's ''shōnen'' manga magazine ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'' from February 2012 to July 2020, with its chapters collected in 45 ''tankōbon'' volumes. The story follows Shoyo Hinata, a boy determined to become a great volleyball player despite his small stature. An anime television series adaptation produced by Production I.G, aired on MBS from April 2014 to September 2014, with 25 episodes. A second season aired from October 2015 to March 2016, with 25 episodes. A third season aired from October 2016 to December 2016, with 10 episodes. A fourth season was announced during the Jump Festa '19 and was released in two cours; the first 13-episode cour aired from January to April 2020, and the second 12-episode cour aired from October to December 2020. Shoyo Hinata
is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the manga series ''Haikyu!!'' created by Haruichi Furudate. Shoyo is a high school student who wishes to become like the "Little Giant," a former Karasuno High School student and volleyball club member. To achieve his dream, he decides to join Karasuno, but to join the volleyball team he and Tobio Kageyama, a previous volleyball match opponent, must overcome their rivalry and work together. is a Japanese manga artist. He is best known for creating ''Haikyu!!''. Biography Haruichi Furudate was born on March 7, 1983 in Karumai, Iwate. After graduating from high school, he attended in Miyagi Prefecture. In 2008, Furudate wrote the one-shot ''King Kid'', which won an honorable mention for the . In 2010, Furudate launched his first full series in ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'', ''Philosophy School, Yotsuya Sensei's Ghost Stories''. is a Japanese composer and arranger best known for his work on the soundtracks for television dramas, anime, and films.
