Haicheng, Liaoning
Haicheng () is a county-level city in central Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China, located about southwest of the provincial capital Shenyang. It is under the administration of Anshan City, the seat of which lies to the northeast. Haicheng has an area of and as of the 2020 census, a decreasing population of 1,067,905 inhabitants (1,232,739 in 2020). The infamous warlord General Zhang Zuolin was born in Haicheng. Haicheng earthquake of 1975 On 4 February 1975, an earthquake measuring 7.3 on the Richter Scale hit the city of Haicheng, which at the time had approximately 1 million residents. However, seismologists sent out warnings about this earthquake a day earlier and ordered evacuations. Because of this correct prediction, many lives were saved. Yingluo
Yingluo () is a small town in Liaoning Province, located 23.6 km southeast of Haicheng, Liaoning. A major cross-town road connects the town with Pailou on the northeast and Dashiqiao City on the west. The town has a total area of 161.3 square kilometers, with a population of 33,944. Yingluo township includes 27 villages and one subdistrict. There are magnesium and talc mines in Yingluo. The mining and processing of ore are major industries of the town. Pailou () is a small mining town about 20 kilometers southeast of Haicheng, Liaoning in Northeast China. A large magnesium mine ( Xiafangshen mine) is located just south of town. Shimu
Raima Islam Shimu ( – after 16 January 2022) was a Bangladeshi actress, film producer and director. She who has starred in 24 films and numerous TV dramas since 1998. Shimu disappeared on 16 January 2022, and she was later murdered. Early life and career Shimu was born in Barisal in . Her first film was ''Bartaman'' (1998), directed by Kazi Hayat. Her final film appearance was in ''Jamai Shashur'' (2002). Murder Shimu went missing on January 16, 2022. Shimu's husband Sakhawat Ali Nobel was depressed due to various reasons including closure of business. He gradually became suspicious of his wife being unfaithful. This led to marital quarrels, which eventually led to her death by her husband. Shimu reported her husband being abusive to the police sometimes earlier her death. Xiangtang Subdistrict
Xiangtang (; ) is a town located to the south of Nanchang, the capital of China's Jiangxi province, under the administration of Nanchang County It is the most populous town in the province with the population more than 150,000 as of the 2010 census. The town was established from a village, which is still remaining near the present center of the town, during the Qing Dynasty.
