is a Japanese video game developer based in Osaka, Japan, with an additional office in Tokyo. It is best known for developing games in the ''Sonic the Hedgehog'', ''Dragon Ball'' and '' Street Fighter'' franchises. The company was founded on March 6, 2000 by several former SNK and Capcom employees, including ''Street Fighter'', '' Fatal Fury'', '' Art of Fighting'' and '' The King of Fighters'' co-creator Takashi Nishiyama and Hiroshi Matsumoto. The Rumble Fish
is a 2D fighting game developed by Dimps and first published by Sammy for the Atomiswave arcade platform in 2004, and was later ported by Sega to the Sony PlayStation 2 on March 17, 2005. In 2020, a homebrew conversion was released for the Dreamcast. A sequel,'' The Rumble Fish 2'', has since been developed. On July 13, 2022, 3goo Co., Ltd. announced that ''The Rumble Fish'' along with its sequel would get home ports worldwide in Q4 2022. This marks the first time that ''The Rumble Fish'' receives a worldwide release. Story The game takes place in the distant future during the 21st century. ''Dragon Ball Z: Budokai'' (Known as in Japan) is a series of fighting game, fighting video games based on the anime series ''Dragon Ball Z'', itself part of the larger ''Dragon Ball'' franchise. Gameplay The ''Budokai'' series plays like a typical 2-D fighting game. As well as including the regular Punch (combat), punch and kick buttons, there is the ability to shoot qi, ki blasts, which can also be used in specific special moves. The special moves are mainly taken directly from the anime, including Goku's Kamehameha, Vegeta's Galick Gun and Frieza's Death Beam. Although these mechanics have stuck with the series, other ideas such as the "Hyper Mode", the ability to move at incredible speeds, flight, fly freely, and "Beam Struggles" between two characters' beam attacks, were later replaced in favour of other techniques.
