The Deputies of the 9th Saeima are the 100 deputies or members of the parliament of Latvia, the Saeima. Ninety-nine of those elected to 9th Saeima began their term on 7 November 2006, and ended their term on 2 November 2010. However in total including deputies with mandates and others, the 9th Saeima had 116 working members. Flickr ( ; ) is an American image hosting service, image hosting and Online video platform, video hosting service, as well as an online community, founded in Canada and headquartered in the United States. It was created by Ludicorp in 2004 and was a popular way for amateur and professional photographers to host high-resolution photos. It has changed ownership several times and has been owned by SmugMug since April 20, 2018. Flickr had a total of 112 million registered members and more than 3.5 million new images uploaded daily. On August 5, 2011, the site reported that it was hosting more than 6 billion images. Photos and videos can be accessed from Flickr without the need to register an account, but an account must be made to upload content to the site. Ingrīda Circene (born 6 December 1956 in Rīga) is a Latvian politician, who served as the Minister for Health of Latvia. She is a member of Unity. Ingrīda Circene has been member of the Council of Aizpute. In 2002 she joined New Era Party and became a member of the 8th Saeima. Boris Leonidovich Tsilevitch (russian: Борис Леонидович Цилевич, lv, Boriss Cilevičs; born March 26, 1956) is a Latvian politician. He was born in Daugavpils. He is a member of Harmony and a deputy of the Saeima. He began his current term in parliament on October 17, 2011. From May to July 2004 Tsilevitch briefly served as Member of the European Parliament between the accession of Latvia and the first direct election of Latvian MEPs.
