DHL International Aviation ME (Correct name DHL Aviation EEMEA B.S.C. (C), and sometimes branded as SNAS/DHL) is a cargo airline based in Bahrain. It employs 265 airline professionals to dispatch, fly and maintain a fleet of Boeing 767 freighters operating under a Bahraini AOC. The company group delivers over 1.8 billion parcels per year. DHL Express is market leader for parcel services in Europe and Germany's main Courier and Parcel Service. The company DHL itself was founded in San Francisco, United States, in 1969 and expanded its service throughout the world by the late 1970s.
