"Cómo Fui a Enamorarme de Ti" (English: ''How Could I Have Fallen in Love With You'') is a song written and produced Mexican singer-songwriter Marco Antonio Solís, and performed by him as the lead singer of Los Bukis. It was released as the second single from his 12th studio album ''Y Para Siempre'' (1989). This song became their second number-one single in the ''Billboard'' Top Latin Songs chart, after "Y Ahora Te Vas" one year prior. The song lyrics were also used as the basis for the screenplay of the film of the same name released in 1991, and is widely recognized as one of the signature songs of the band, this track has been covered several times, including versions by Lucero, Yolanda del Río, Tito Nieves and Los Tri-O. Los Bukis
Los Bukis (The Bukis, ''buki'' translates as ''Little Kid'' in the Yaqui language) are a Mexican Grupera band from Ario de Rosales, Michoacan. In 1973, the band was founded by cousins Marco Antonio Solís and Joel Solís. Their first song was ''Falso Amor'' ("False Love") and its style became popular throughout Latin America. Marco Antonio wrote the songs; the album "Me Volvi a Acordar de Ti" in the year of 1986 sold one million records in just a few weeks after its launch, earning the album "diamond" status. He also wrote and produced albums for artists such as Marisela, Rocío Dúrcal, Beatriz Adriana, Lucero, El Pegasso de Emilio Reyna (now using the name El Pega Pega), and María Sorté. After twenty years of success, in 1996, Marco decided to pursue a solo career. The band disbanded. Los Rieleros Del Norte ("The Railers of the North") are a Mexican three-time Grammy-nominated Regional Mexican band from Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. They are based in El Paso, Texas. They specialize in the Norteño-Sax genre. History They formed the band in Ojinaga, Chihuahua in 1980 and later moved to Texas, and remain one of the oldest norteño bands still active today (Along with Conjunto Primavera, Los Tigres del Norte, Los Huracanes del Norte, and Conjunto Rio Grande). A ballad is a form of verse, often a narrative set to music. Ballads derive from the medieval French ''chanson balladée'' or ''ballade'', which were originally "dance songs". Ballads were particularly characteristic of the popular poetry and song of Britain and Ireland from the Late Middle Ages until the 19th century. Emmanuel (born Jesús Emmanuel Arturo Acha Martinez, April 16, 1955, in Mexico City) is a Mexican singer who debuted in the 1970s.
