Czardas Of Hearts
''Czardas of Hearts'' (German: ''Czardas der Herzen'') is a 1951 West German comedy film directed by Sándor Szlatinay and starring Wolf Albach-Retty, Hannelore Bollmann and Dorit Kreysler. It was shot at the Bavaria Studios in Munich. It was based on the play ''Servus Peter'' by Károly NótiGoble p.348 and it is also by this title. An earlier version of the story ''Hello, Peter!'' was made by Szlatinay in Hungary in 1939. Synopsis In World War II, pre-war Budapest the struggling actor Paul is mistaken for his doppelganger Peter, a celebrated film director. Peter wants a break from the public interest and pressures of his job and hires Paul to masquerades as him for several days. Marianne Koch (; born 19 August 1931) is a German actress of the 1950s and 1960s, best known for her appearances in Spaghetti Westerns and adventure films of the 1960s. She later worked as a television host and as a physician. Career Between 1950 and 1971, Koch appeared in more than 65 films. She had numerous leading roles in the German cinema of the 1950s and 1960s. In the 1954 American thriller '' Night People'', she appeared in a supporting role alongside Gregory Peck. Oskar Sima
Oskar Sima (31 July 1896 – 24 June 1969) was an Austrian actor who is best remembered for appearing in supporting roles in countless comedy films from the 1930s to the 1960s. Born in Hohenau an der March, Lower Austria, Sima attended high school in Vienna. After a brief tour in the army during World War I, he began acting in various theatrical productions in Berlin, Vienna, and other cities in Central Europe. He began his film career in 1921, and appeared in a number of German silent films early on. Sima was frequently cast as the comic villain whose machinations get everyone into trouble, although often his villainous stature was used to more chilling effect. In 1929, Sima married actress Lina Woiwode. The couple remained married until Sima's death. Along with Friedl Czepa, Fred Hennings and Leni Riefenstahl he was identified as being an active supporter of the Nazi Party.
