Jimmi Madsen
Jimmi Madsen (born 4 January 1969) is a Danish former cyclist who raced professionally from 1993 to 2004. He rode for Denmark on the track in four Olympic Games: 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2000. He won the bronze medal in the Men's team pursuit in the 1992 Summer Olympics. Madsen was also part of the Danish squad that took the bronze in the team pursuit at the 1993 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He was a three-time European track champion, winning the European madison title in 1996 and 1997 alongside Jens Veggerby, and a European Derny A Derny is a motorized bicycle for motor-paced cycling events such as during six-day and Keirin racing and motor-paced road races. Dmitry Nelyubin
Dmitry Nelyubin (russian: Дмитрий Владиславович Нелюбин, 8 February 1971 – 1 January 2005) was a Soviet-Russian track cyclist. At the age of 17 Nelyubin, together with teammates Viatcheslav Ekimov, Artūras Kasputis and Gintautas Umaras, won the 4000 meter team pursuit event at the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul. Nelyubin was killed in a street fight on the New Year night of 1 January 2005. Murder suspects, natives of Kabardino-Balkaria, were arrested four years later, in December 2008; the trial began in May 2009 and in September 2009 the jury declared one of the suspects guilty of murder. Bryan Steel (born 5 January 1969) is an English former professional racing cyclist. Cycling career Steel represented Great Britain at the 1992, 1996, 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics. He represented England in the individual pursuit and won a bronze medal in the 4,000 metres team pursuit, at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, New Zealand. Paul Douglas Jennings (born 20 February 1973) is a British racing cyclist who represented Great Britain at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and won a silver medal at the 1994 Commonwealth Games and a number of national titles. He competed in track and road cycling. Early life Jennings started cycling at the age of 14 in Preston England riding for Preston Wheelers then later Ribble Valley Cycling Club. Christopher Miles Boardman, (born 26 August 1968) is a British former racing cyclist. A time trial and prologue specialist, Boardman won the inaugural men's World time trial championship in 1994, won the individual pursuit gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics, broke the world hour record three times, and won three prologue stages (and consequently wore the yellow jersey on three occasions) at the Tour de France. Boardman's nickname is "The Professor", for his meticulous attention to detail in preparation and training, and his technical know-how. Giovanni Lombardi (born 20 July 1969) is an Italian former professional road bicycling racer who raced from 1992 to 2006. He started his career as a sprinter, winning multiple stages in the Giro d'Italia. He went on to ride as an important helper for the top sprinter names of Erik Zabel and Mario Cipollini. Most recently, he rode for Team CSC as a helper for Ivan Basso.
