''Crave'' is the first studio album by contemporary Christian duo For King & Country, released on 28 February 2012 by Fervent- Curb Records. Recording The album was recorded at several different studios in California and Nashville, Tennessee. The album reworks versions of "Missing", "Sane" and "Love's to Blame" which the band had recorded earlier. Critical reception Cross Rhythms' Simon Eden said "as a rock album, this is quite a man's man album - powerful stadium rock with a sound like a roaring inferno." Indie Vision Music's Jonathan Andre said "''Crave'' is not your cliché album, and I was very intrigued to listen to it, to see if their sounds on the album were similar to that of their sister, Rebecca." For King & Country, stylised as for KING & COUNTRY and formerly known as Joel & Luke as well as Austoville, is a Christian pop duo composed of Australian brothers Joel (born 5 June 1984) and Luke Smallbone (born 22 October 1986). The brothers were born in Australia and immigrated to the United States as children, settling in the Nashville area. After releasing a short EP as ''Joel and Luke'', in 2012 they released their debut record '' Crave''. The band was declared by ''Billboard'' as one of the "New Artists to Watch" for 2012. The Daylights
The Daylights are a defunct alternative rock band from Los Angeles, California that formed in 2004. The trio was fronted by brothers Ran Jackson and Ricky Jackson, with Svend Lerche on Drums. Best known for their song, "I Hope This Gets To You" that was released in December 2010 as a virtual “love letter” on YouTube, it was based on a concept they conceived with their roommate for his long distance girlfriend. Within the first 72 hours, the video was viewed over 1.5 million times. Their self titled album "The Daylights" was released September 14, 2010 on the band's own label, 87th Floor Records. The album spent 5 weeks on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart.
