Cover Story (2000 Film)
''Cover Story'' is a 2000 Indian Malayalam-language action thriller film directed by G. S. Vijayan, written by B. Unnikrishnan and produced by Menaka under the production banner Revathy Kalamandhir. Starring Suresh Gopi and Tabu. The film was edited by A. Sreekar Prasad and had soundtrack composed by Sharreth. Plot Jasmine Khan is a computer engineer, who wears contact lens due to vision problems. She meets her next-door neighbour Chandrashekar, a retired judge with a haunted past. The two become friends. Jasmine meets Vijay, a news reporter and the executive director of ''True Vision'' who is on a mission to eliminate corruption through Media Channel. During Christmas, Chandrashekar is killed by a mysterious man, who is seen but not recognized by Jasmine, as she was not wearing contact lenses at that time. Menaka (actress)
Padmavathy Iyengar, better known by her stage name, Menaka (born 27 August 1963), is an Indian actress and film producer. She made her debut in the 1979 Tamil film ''Ramayi Vayasukku Vanthutta''. In an acting career spanning from 1980 to 1987, Menaka appeared in over 125 films as a heroine, mostly in Malayalam. She also appeared in few Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi films. Srinivasan Doraiswamy, known by his stage name Srinivas, is an Indian playback singer who has sung over 2000 songs in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Gireesh Puthenchery
Girish Puthenchery (1961–2010) was a noted Malayalam Lyricist, Poet, Scriptwriter and Screenwriter. He was always referred to as the aristocratic lyricist of Malayalam who had a distinctive writing style of his own. He also served as the director of Indian Performance Rights Society Malayalam division (I.P.R.S) and governing council member of the Kerala Kalamandalam and Kerala Lalithakala Academy. He debuted with the movie Enquiry in 1989. He won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Lyricist seven times.
