Count On Me (EP)
''Count On Me'' (Korean language, Korean: 믿어줄래) is the first extended play by Korean-American singer, Jay Park. The album was released in digital and physical format by July 13, 2010. The EP is a rendition of B.o.B's hit song "Nothin' on You", which Park made a cover of on YouTube. Background Back in March 2010, Park made a cover of the original song by B.o.B in his bathroom and released it on his old YouTube account. It was the first apparition by Park since the MySpace controversy and his contract termination with JYP Entertainment, JYPE. The video went viral and reached over 2,000,000 views in less than 24 hours. In Korea, the original song by B.o.B and Bruno Mars topped the Cyworld background music chart in a matter of hours upon the video's release, beating Girls' Generation's song "Run Devil Run" that was released the following day. Jay Park ( Korean name: Park Jae-beom (Hangul: 박재범; Hanja: 朴載範); born April 25, 1987) is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, record producer, dancer and entrepreneur of based in South Korea. He is a member of the Seattle-based b-boy crew Art of Movement (AOM), and founder and former CEO of the independent hip hop record labels AOMG and H1ghr Music, as well as the founder of the record label More Vision. Park initially rose to fame as the leader of South Korean boy band 2PM, formed by record label JYP Entertainment in 2008, after having previously been a trainee for four years. In September 2009, Park returned home to Seattle after comments he wrote about Korea in 2005 as a teenager were publicized by the Korean media, officially leaving the group. The Korean Republic won, unofficially the South Korean won ( Symbol: ₩; Code: KRW; Korean: 대한민국 원) is the official currency of South Korea. "Nothin' on You" is the debut single of both American rapper B.o.B and featured American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars. It is the lead single from the former's debut studio album, '' B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray'' (2010).
