"Could've Been" is a song by American teen-pop singer Tiffany, released as the third single from her debut album, '' Tiffany'' (1987). Background and release Music industry insider Don McGovern first heard the song when he walked into a Hungry Tiger Restaurant in Thousand Oaks, California and heard a local performer, Lois Blaisch, singing the song.
