Historically, science fiction conventions had focused primarily on literature, but the purview of many extends to such other avenues of expression as films, television, comics, animation, and games. As a member of the production duo Da Internz, Palacios is known for producing songs such as Big Sean's "Dance (A$$)" (2011), Rihanna's " Birthday Cake" (2011), and Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" (2014).
