Cornerstone (Hillsong Album)
''Cornerstone'' is the twenty-first album in the live praise and worship series of contemporary worship music by Hillsong Live. It reached No. 2 on the ARIA Albums Chart, debuted at No. 32 on the ''Billboard'' 200 chart, and became the No. 1 album on the ''Billboard'' Christian Albums chart. Its first single was "Hope of the World", a song written by Jason Ingram, Reuben Morgan and Matthew Bronleewee, that also is available in Studio Version, in the Deluxe Edition (Digital). Two live music videos has been released on their VEVO channel: "Hope of the World" and "Cornerstone" featuring Reuben Morgan and David Ware respectively. "Cornerstone" is a reworking of the verses from Edward Mote's "My Hope Is Built on Nothing Less". Hillsong Worship (formerly Hillsong Live) is a praise and worship collective from Sydney, Australia and Orange County, California. They started making music in 1983 at Hillsong Church. The Sydney SuperDome (currently known as the Qudos Bank Arena) is a large multipurpose arena located in Sydney, Australia. It is situated in Sydney Olympic Park, and was completed in 1999 as part of the facilities for the 2000 Summer Olympics. Jonas Myrin is a Swedish singer, songwriter and producer based in Los Angeles, California. His solo career began in 2012 with the gold-certified song, "Day of the Battle" in Germany. Brian Charles Houston ( ; born 17 February 1954) is a New Zealand-Australian former pastor and evangelist. He was the founder and senior pastor at Hillsong Church, based in Sydney with locations around the world. He was the national president of Australian Christian Churches, the Australian branch of the Assemblies of God, from 1997 to 2009. In January 2022, Houston stepped aside from his roles within the church, after being criminally charged in Australia for allegedly concealing sexual abuse of a child by his father, of which he became aware in the 1990s. Joel Timothy Houston (born 19 September 1979) is an Australian musician, songwriter, pastor, and leader in the Sydney-based band Hillsong United, a worship band of Hillsong Church.
