Connellsville is a city in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States, southeast of Pittsburgh and away via the Youghiogheny River, a tributary of the Monongahela River. It is part of the Pittsburgh Metro Area. The population was 7,637 at the 2010 census, down from 9,146 at the 2000 census. Alliance station is an Amtrak train station in Alliance, Ohio, United States. Located at 820 East Main Street, the station consists of an uncovered platform on the south side of the east-west tracks, with a shelter and a small parking lot nearby. Amtrak spent $1.5 million to improve the station in 2011. It built a new shelter and installed a 550-foot long concrete platform, signage and light poles. Winnemucca station is an Amtrak train station in Winnemucca, Nevada. It is served by one daily train in each direction on the ''California Zephyr''. History The Central Pacific Railroad reached Winnemucca on September 16, 1868, and the first train arrived to the town on October 1. The line was later acquired by the Southern Pacific Railroad.
