Geography Arrentières is located in the ''Côte des Bar'' between the communes of Montier-en-l'Isle and Engente. In a direct line the commune is 4.3 km north-east of Bar-sur-Aube, 33.9 km north-west of Chaumont and 49.3 km east of Troyes. The nearest large cities are Reims (123 km) and Dijon (107 km). Access to the commune is by the D384 road from Bar-sur-Aube in the south passing north through the western part of the commune west of the village and continuing to Soulaines-Dhuys in the north. Arrelles () is a commune in the Aube department in the Grand Est region of northern-central France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Arrellois'' or ''Arrelloises''. Geography Arrelles is located some 25 km south-east of Troyes and 15 km east of Chaource. Access to the commune is by the D36 road from Lantages in the north-west passing through the village and continuing east to Polisy. There is also the D32 road from the village to Avirey-Lingey in the south and the D84 from the village south-west to Balnot-la-Grange. East of the village is heavily forested and there are also forests in the south-west with the rest of the commune farmland. Geography Argançon is located some 8 km east by north-east of Vendeuvre-sur-Barse and 8 km north-west of Bar-sur-Aube in the Orient Forest Regional Natural Park. Access to the commune is by highway D619 from Dolancourt in the north-east through the north of the commune to Magny-Fouchard in the west. Access to the village is by the D44 from Dolancourt passing through the village and continuing south to Spoy. Arconville is a commune in the Aube department in the Grand Est region of north-central France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Arconvillois'' or ''Arconvilloises''. Geography Arconville is located some 60 km east by south-east of Troyes and 36 km west by north-west of Chaumont. Access to the commune is by road D101 from Bergères in the west passing through the commune and the village and continuing east to join the D12 west of Longchamp-sur-Aujon. The D12 forms most of the southern border of the commune as it goes from Champignol-lez-Mondeville to Longchamp-sur-Aujon. The D70 road also passes south through the west of the commune from Baroville in the north to Champignol-lez-Mondeville in the south-west. Arcis-sur-Aube (, literally ''Arcis on Aube'') is a commune in the Aube department in the Grand Est region of north-central France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Arcisiens'' or ''Arcisiennes''. The commune has been awarded "three flowers" by the ''National Council of Towns and Villages in Bloom'' in the ''Competition of cities and villages in Bloom''. Geography Arcis-sur-Aube is located some 27 km north of Troyes and 40 km east of Romilly-sur-Seine. Access to the commune is by the D441 road from Villette-sur-Aube in the west passing through the commune and the town and continuing to Vaupoisson. The D677 also comes from Mailly-le-Camp in the north intersecting the D441 in the town and continuing south to Voué. The D31 also goes south-west from the town to Les Grandes-Chapelles. Amance, Aube
Amance () is a commune in the Aube department in the Grand Est region of north-central France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Amançois'' or ''Amançoises''. Geography Amance is located some 30 km east of Troyes and 10 km south of Brienne-le-Chateau. It can be accessed from Brienne-le-Chateau and Dienville in the north by road D443 which runs south to the village then through the heart of the commune south to Vendeuvre-sur-Barse. The road D112 also goes south-east to Vauchonvilliers and the D18 road goes east to Jessains. The commune consists of farmland in the east but is heavily forested in the west to about 50% of its area. Apart from the village there is also the hamlet of La Ville aux Bois south-west of the village. The Amance River runs through the village to the north into the ''Canal d'Amenee'' and forms part of the western boundary of the commune. A few small streams flow into it. Ailleville
Ailleville () is a commune in the Aube department in the Grand Est region of northern-central France. The inhabitants are known as ''Aillevillois'' or ''Aillevilloises''. Geography Ailleville is located in the valley of the Aube river some 2 km north-west of Bar-sur-Aube. The commune is traversed from Bar-sur-Aube in the south-east crossing the heart of the commune and the town to exit towards Arsonval in the north-west. There are no other highways in the commune other than small country lanes. There are no villages or hamlets other than Ailleville. The north-east of the commune is dominated by the forests of Envers de Bretonvau and Bois de Val Joudry. The rest of the commune is farmland. The southern part of the commune is traversed by a railway line running from Bar-sur-Aube railway station in the south-east to the next station at Arret-de-Jessains in the north-west.
