The Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) is a French-language institution of post-secondary education founded in 1970, that serves all the Francophone and Acadian communities in New Brunswick through its five campuses in Bathurst, Campbellton, Dieppe, Edmundston and the Acadian Peninsula. French ( or ) is a Romance language of the Indo-European family. It descended from the Vulgar Latin of the Roman Empire, as did all Romance languages. French evolved from Gallo-Romance, the Latin spoken in Gaul, and more specifically in Northern Gaul.
