Clube Caçadores das Taipas is a Portuguese sports club from Caldas das Taipas. The men's football team plays in the Braga Football Association Serie 2. They played for many years in the old Terceira Divisão, but had stints on the third tier, the Segunda Divisão B, from 1998 to 2000 and 2001 to 2004. Caldas Das Taipas
Caldelas (also known as Caldas das Taipas and, in the past, S. Tomé de Caldelas) is a Portuguese civil parish in the municipality of Guimarães. With an area of 2.69 km² and 6304 inhabitants (2021 census). Its population density is 2 343.5 hab./km². History The village seat of the parish was raised to the category of town by decree no. 30 518 of June 19, 1940, under the name of Caldas das Taipas. The seat of the parish of Caldelas is known as Caldas das Taipas, due to the hot springs recognized since the Roman presence in the Iberian Peninsula. The Braga Football Association (''Associação de Futebol de Braga'', abrv. 2018–19 Campeonato De Portugal
The 2018–19 Campeonato de Portugal was the sixth season of Portuguese football's new third-tier league, since the merging of the Segunda Divisão and Terceira Divisão in 2013, and the fourth season under the current Campeonato de Portugal title. A total of 72 teams competed in this division, which began in August 2018 and ended in June 2019. Format The competition format consists of two stages. In the first stage, the 72 clubs will be divided in four series of 18 teams, according to geographic criteria. In each series, teams play against each other in a home-and-away double round-robin system. In the second stage, the two best-placed teams of each of four Series will dispute a series of playoff matches to promote to the LigaPro. The two finalists will be promoted directly. The 2018–19 Taça de Portugal (also known as Taça de Portugal Placard for sponsorship reasons) was the 79th edition of the Taça de Portugal, the premier knockout competition in Portuguese football. The competition began with first-round matches on 8 September 2018 and concluded with the final on 25 May 2019. This edition was contested by 144 clubs, including teams from the top three tiers of the Portuguese football league system and representatives of the fourth-tier District leagues and cups. This was the first season to allow a fourth substitution during extra time.
