Russell Churney (10 September 1964 – 27 February 2007) was an English composer, pianist, arranger and musical director. He was also a member of the comedy/cabaret group, Fascinating Aïda. His sister is Ooberman keyboardist and vocalist Sophia Churney. Biography Born as Lindsay Russell Churney in Liverpool, Churney was educated at Merchant Taylors' School in Great Crosby and Trinity College, Cambridge. He studied Law. He spent seven years working with the comedian Julian Clary, touring extensively with Clary and singer Barb Jungr, and appearing with Jungr on Clary's Channel 4 TV series '' Sticky Moments with Julian Clary''. Together with Jungr, he devised and performed in shows including ''Bare'', ''Killing Me Softly'', ''Songs From The Heart'', ''Chanson: The Space in Between'', ''Barb, Bob and Brel'', and the musical ''The Ballad of Norah's Ark''. ''When Good Ghouls Go Bad'' is a 2001 Fox Family television film based on a book by R. L. Stine. The story is set in the fictional town of Walker Falls, Minnesota, during the Halloween season. It stars Christopher Lloyd and was directed by Patrick Read Johnson, who also co-wrote it. Plot Danny Walker (Joe Pichler), and his father, James (Tom Amandes), who has gotten a divorce from his wife, have just moved to the town of Walker Falls from Chicago so his father can fulfill his dream of re-opening the family chocolate factory. Danny and James are staying with James' father, known by all as "Uncle Fred" (Christopher Lloyd). Uncle Fred is considered crazy and is a bit childish, but Danny loves him very much. Charni Road Railway Station
Charni Road (formerly Churney Road, station code: CYR) is a railway station on the Western Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. It serves the suburb of Charni Road. The main significance of Charni Road station is that it is near the Girgaum Chowpatty beach and Marine Drive promenade, a major destination for tourists in Mumbai. It is also important because of the diamond trading industry located here, mainly in the Panchratna and Prasad chambers building near the railway station. The word 'Charni' is derived from the Marathi word Charne''' (t''o graze''), as the area was once used as a grazing ground for cattle and horses. In 1838, the British rulers introduced a 'grazing fee' which several cattle-owners could not afford. Therefore, Sir Jamshedji Jeejeebhoy spent 20,000 from his own purse for purchasing some grasslands near the seafront at Thakurdwar and saw that the starving cattle grazed without a fee in that area.
