	Church Of Our Lady Of The Rosary (Alcamo) Santa Maria del Rosario ("Our Lady of the Rosary", also called ''San Domenico'') is a Catholic church in Alcamo, in the province of Trapani. History It was founded in 1660 with the adjoining friary (used for public offices and houses after 1866) by the Dominican Fathers.Carlo Cataldo, Guida storico-artistica dei beni culturali di Alcamo-Calatafimi-Castellammare del Golfo pp. 76–79, Alcamo, Sarograf, 1982. Until that year they had resided in another friary next to Santa Maria della Stella, where in 1587 there were eight friars and needed an urgent restoration work. They moved to the town area where today there is the Church of the Rosary, and carried the fresco with the Madonna which is still kept in this Church. In 1761 the church was rebuilt and enlarged a lot, and finally in 1947 became a parish dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary. It is located, along with churches of other Christian denominations, at the Religious Complex in Abu Hamour. It is the first church built in the country since the Muslim conquests in the 7th century. 	Church Of Our Lady Of The Rosary, Asmara The Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, Asmara () is a Catholic Church, Catholic church built in the early 1920s in Asmara, when the city was the capital of Italian Eritrea. Often called "The Cathedral", it is a large First Romanesque, Lombard Romanesque style church in the centre of the city, built in 1923 to serve as the principal church of the Apostolic Vicariate of Eritrea. The church was never the seat of a diocesan bishop and thus was not a cathedral in the strict sense. It was the principal church of an apostolic vicariate, an ecclesiastical jurisdiction headed by a titular bishop.
