Chung Hyun Kyung
Chung Hyun Kyung (born May 15, 1956) is a South Korean Christianity, Christian theologian. She is a lay theologian of the Presbyterian Church of Korea, and is also an Associate Professor of ecumenism, Ecumenical Theology at Union Theological Seminary (New York City), Union Theological Seminary in the United States. Her teaching and research interests include feminist and ecofeminist theologies and spirituality, spiritualities from Asia, Africa and Latin America; Christian-Buddhist interfaith dialogue; disease and healing in varied religious backgrounds; mysticism and revolutionary social change; as well as the history and critical issues of various Asian Christian theologies. Mysticism is popularly known as becoming one with God or the Absolute, but may refer to any kind of ecstasy or altered state of consciousness which is given a religious or spiritual meaning. World Council Of Churches
The World Council of Churches (WCC) is a worldwide Christian inter-church organization founded in 1948 to work for the cause of ecumenism. Asian Feminist Theology
Asian feminist theology is a Christian feminist theology developed to be especially relevant to women in Asia and women of Asian descent. Inspired by both liberation theology and Christian feminism, it aims to contextualize them to the conditions and experiences of women and religion in Asia. Gospel
Gospel originally meant the Christian message ("the gospel"), but in the 2nd century it came to be used also for the books in which the message was set out. Liberation Theology
