Christopher Andrew Lewis (born 4 February 1944) is a Church of England priest and academic. He was Dean of St Albans from 1994 to 2003 and Dean of Christ Church from 2003 to 2014. Early life and education Lewis was born on 4 February 1944, to Admiral Sir Andrew Lewis and his wife, Rachel Elizabeth (née Leatham). He was educated at Marlborough College, an all-boys public school in Wiltshire.Lewis, Very Rev. Christopher Paul Lewis (August 1, 1944 – January 28, 2021) was an American writer and film producer, primarily for television, also known for his involvement in a child pornography scandal in 1973. Family Christopher Lewis was the elder son of Hollywood actress Loretta Young and Hollywood producer Tom Lewis. His younger brother is Peter Lewis, one of the founding members of the seminal 1960s rock band Moby Grape. Christopher and Peter Lewis were the half-brothers of actress Judy Lewis (1935-2011), daughter of Loretta Young and Clark Gable. Their aunts were the actresses Polly Ann Young and Sally Blane, who were sisters of Loretta Young. Musician David Lindley is their cousin. Blane was the second wife of actor and director Norman Foster, who was an uncle of Lewis. Actress Georgiana Young was a half-sister of his mother, and she was married to actor Ricardo Montalbán, making him a half-nephew of both of them. John Christopher Lewis (born April 2, 1956) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. Biography Born in Santa Monica, California, Lewis studied business at the University of Southern California (USC) in the late 1970s. Tennis career Lewis was a three-time All-American for the USC Trojans and partnered with Bruce Manson to win the doubles title at the 1977 NCAA Division I Tennis Championships. As a professional player he competed briefly on the Grand Prix tennis circuit. His best result came at the 1979 New South Wales Open, where he and Steve Docherty were runners-up in the doubles event, to Peter McNamara and Paul McNamee. At the 1980 French Open he was a semi-finalist in the mixed doubles, with Leslie Allen. The pair hadn't dropped a set until they lost their semi-final in three sets to Czechoslovakians Stanislav Birner and Renáta Tomanová. Christopher John Lewis
Christopher John Lewis (7 September 1964 – 23 September 1997) was a New Zealand criminal who made an unsuccessful attempt to assassinate Queen Elizabeth II in 1981. He planned later attempts at assassinating other British royal family members but was kept away from them by the authorities in New Zealand. In 1997, he was charged with the murder of Tania Furlan and the kidnapping of her daughter, though a friend was found to be responsible. He died by suicide before he could be brought to trial. Early life Lewis was born in Dunedin on 7 September 1964. He had a troubled life; his father was a cruel disciplinarian, and he was expelled from school after assaulting another child. Christopher Gwynne Lewis MC (13 March 1895 - 31 January 1963) was a Welsh Anglican priest and Archdeacon of St David's from 1949 until 1962. Lewis was educated at Jesus College, Oxford. He was ordained deacon in 1921, and priest in 1922. After curacies in Llanelly and Brecon he was priest in charge at Llandefalle. He held incumbencies at Llanbadarn Fawr and Prendergast.
