Christian Eduardo Giménez (born 1 February 1981) is a former professional footballer, commentator, and manager. Born in Argentina, he represented the Mexico national team. He is known by his nickname ''Chaco'' because he hails from the province of the same name. Club career Argentina From a very early age, Giménez was playing football in a competitive environment. In 1989, he was signed by scouts working for Boca Juniors and was immediately enrolled in the team's youth squad. Almost a decade later, Giménez debuted in the professional Argentine league with Boca Juniors and quickly enjoyed success, being part of the teams that won the Apertura '98, Clausura '99 and Apertura 2002 championships for the ''Xeneizes'', as well as two international titles, the Copa Libertadores of 2000 and 2001. Resistencia, Chaco
Resistencia () is the capital and largest city of the province of Chaco in north-eastern Argentina. According to the 2010 census, the population of the city proper was 291,720 inhabitants. It is the anchor of a larger metropolitan area, Greater Resistencia, which comprises at least three more municipalities for a total population of 387,340 as of 2010. Armando Navarrete García (born 22 November 1980) is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career Navarrete made his debut at the professional level in a game between Atlas and Puebla, on September 8, 2001. Navarrete came in as a sub and gave up one goal, and ensuring the victory for Atlas in a game that ended 3–1. The following season, Navarrete saw action in four games, allowing 12 goals. Three points for a win is a standard used in many sports leagues and group tournaments, especially in association football, in which three points are awarded to the team winning a match, with no points awarded to the losing team. If the game is drawn, each team receives one point. Many leagues and competitions originally awarded two points for a win and one point for a draw, before switching to the three points for a win system. The change is significant in league tables, where teams typically play 30–40 games per season.
