Chris Warren (basketball, Born 1988)
Christopher Tirrell Warren (born October 22, 1988) is an American professional basketball player for Çağdaş Bodrumspor of the TBL. He played college basketball for the University of Mississippi. Early life Warren was born in Orlando, Florida, and graduated from Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando. Warren held 20 different records for the Dr. Phillips Panthers basketball team. His number 3 is now retired and is a Dr. Phillips Hall of Fame inductee. College career Warren attended the University of Mississippi from 2007, until graduating in 2011. He played for the Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team, and started 114 out of his 115 games that he in played for the Rebels. The only game he did not start was on Senior Day, during his freshman year. Despite his short stature, Warren excelled for the Rebels, with his speed around the court, and his outside game troubling opponents in his four years of college ball. The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. Daniel Johnson (basketball)
Daniel Geoffrey Craig Johnson (born 3 April 1988) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Adelaide 36ers of the National Basketball League (NBL). Standing 6'11½" (212 cm) tall, Johnson's primary position is centre, but with a strong mid and long range shooting ability, he is equally effective at playing power forward. He is a seven-time All-NBL Team member, including three All-NBL First Team recognitions. Johnson is also a long-time Australian state league player and has had many stints overseas. Early life and junior career Johnson was born in Carnarvon, Western Australia, and grew up in Perth, where he attended Willetton Senior High School. The center (C), or the centre, also known as the five or the pivot, is one of the five Basketball position, positions in a regulation basketball game. The center is normally the tallest player on the team, and often has a great deal of strength and body mass as well. In the NBA, the center is typically close to tall. Centers are valued for their ability to protect their own goal from high-percentage close attempts on defense, while scoring and rebounding with high efficiency on offense.
