is the third studio album from Yuki Saito, released on October 21, 1986 by Canyon Records. It reached #2 on the Oricon charts. The original LP release contained ten songs, though the CD released at the same time had two additional songs: "Aozora no Kakera" and "Yubiwa Monogatari", both from the "Aozora no Kakera" single release earlier that year. History ''Chime'' was released on LP, cassette, and CD on October 21, 1986 by Canyon Records. Yuki Saito (actress)
Yuki Saito ( ja, 斉藤 由貴, Saitō Yuki; born September 10, 1966 in Minami-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Japanese actress, singer and narrator. She attended Kanagawa Prefectural Shimizugaoka High School (now Yokohama Seiryo Sogo High School). She is well known in Japan for being a member of LDS Church, as she refuses to work on Sundays. Saito used a fake cigarette while filming the 1986 film ''Koisuru Onnatachi'' due to her beliefs. In 1985, after making her singing debut with her single '' Sotsugyō'' and her debut album, '' Axia'', she was cast in the lead role of Saki Asamiya in the first '' Sukeban Deka'' television drama series. She later revisited that story by playing Saki's mother in the 2006 movie, '' Sukeban Deka: Codename = Asamiya Saki''. Takashi Matsumoto (lyricist)
is a Japanese lyricist and former musician. After several years playing the drums in the rock bands Apryl Fool and Happy End during the late 1960s and early 1970s, Matsumoto decided to focus on writing lyrics for others in 1974. As of 2015, he had written over 2,100 songs, 130 of which entered the top 10 on the Oricon chart. Total sales of the singles he has written exceed 49.8 million copies, making him the third best-selling lyricist in Japan. In 2017, he was awarded the Medal with Purple Ribbon from the Japanese government for his work in music. Career After the working with Yosui Inoue's band, Kisugi debuted as a singer-songwriter with single ''Asai Yume'', released in 1976. Kōji Tamaki
is a Japanese singer-songwriter and actor. He has been well known as frontman of the rock band Anzen Chitai that debuted in 1982 and enjoyed a successful career, particularly during the 1980s.
