Chester Williams (police Officer)
Chester Williams (born 1973) is the Commissioner of Belize and highest police officer of the Belize Police Department. His rapid rise through the ranks of the police was interrupted by fellow officers' allegations that he had committed a murder. The government of Belize pursued a dubious disciplinary action against him despite the objections of the Solicitor-General of Belize, Solicitor-General (who resigned and left the country over the case), and he was reduced in rank for six months. Williams was eventually reinstated, but the accusations continued to dog his career until it was revealed that the man he had allegedly murdered was actually alive and well in the United States, a fact that had been known to his superiors for some time. Belize Police Department
Law enforcement in Belize is conducted by the Belize Police Department headed by a Commissioner and headquartered in Belize City. About The Belize Police Department is descended from the British Honduras Constabulary (BHC), which was established in 1886. Constabulary personnel initially numbered 141 and were recruited in Barbados because local men showed no interest in enlisting. The government assigned the early police the task of preserving law and order in the colony. The Constabulary was at first a paramilitary force, but in 1902, it was made into a civil police force. The constabulary was reorganized after World War I, when soldiers returning from service abroad (as well as several Barbadians and Jamaicans) joined the force. John Saldivar is a Mexican-American fashion designer originally from Monterrey, Mexico. Collection John Saldivar began his fashion career in 2001 while apprenticing with Oscar de la Renta and his design team. Barbados is an island country in the Lesser Antilles of the West Indies, in the Caribbean region of the Americas, and the most easterly of the Caribbean Islands. Edwin F. Flowers (April 26, 1930 – January 27, 2022) was an American lawyer, civil servant, and judge. He served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia from September 8, 1975 to December 31, 1976. Flowers was born in New Cumberland, West Virginia, on April 26, 1920. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1952 and then earned a law degree there in 1954.
