Cheick Yves Doukouré (born 11 September 1992) is an Ivorian professional association football, footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Super League Greece, Greek Super League club Aris Thessaloniki F.C., Aris. Early life Born in Cocody, Ivory Coast, Doukouré moved to France at early age. He acquired French nationality law, French nationality on 13 September 2004, through the collective effect of his mother's naturalization, and legally changed his first name from Cheick Kader to Cheick Yves. Club career Lorient Doukouré joined FC Lorient's youth setup in 2007, from FCM Aubervilliers. Football Club Lorient Bretagne Sud (; commonly referred to FC Lorient or simply Lorient) is a French association football club based in Lorient, Brittany. The club was founded in 1926 and currently competes in Ligue 1, the top flight of French football, following promotion from Ligue 2 in the 2019–20 season. Teams There are 20 clubs in the league, with three promoted teams from Championnat National replacing the three teams that were relegated to the same level, and three relegated teams from Ligue 1 replacing the three teams that were promoted to the same level.
