Charles William Havens (July 12, 1903 – May 12, 1996) was an American football player and coach of football, basketball, baseball. Rome is a city in Oneida County, New York, United States, located in the Central New York, central part of the state. The population was 32,127 at the 2020 United States census, 2020 census.
