Queensberry (band)
Queensberry was an all-female German pop group founded in late 2008. Formed during the seventh season of the television talent show ''Popstars'', '' Popstars – Just 4 Girls'', the original line-up consisted of singers (Leo), (Gabby), Antonella Trapani (Anto), and Victoria Ulbrich (Vici). In July 2010, it was announced that both Antonella and Victoria had left the group, to be replaced by new members, and . The band's debut album '' Volume I'' was released in December 2008 and reached gold status in Germany in January 2009. It produced two singles, " No Smoke" and " I Can't Stop Feeling", both becoming top thirty successes in the charts. Matthew Gerrard
Matthew Gerrard is a Canadian record producer and songwriter. Biography Gerrard grew up in Don Mills, a suburb of Toronto's north-east end. He attended George S. Henry Secondary School where he played trombone in band, later playing bass in a school-based 5-piece jazz fusion combo called Nemesis Fusion. Nemesis Fusion competed in two Canadian stage band festivals earning silver in 1982 and won the competition the following year when Gerrard wrote the group's original material. After high school Gerrard was a member of a band called Regatta, which released one self-titled album. He also played bass and toured with Kim Mitchell (former Max Webster lead man) and Von Groove (until the late 1990s/early 2000s). Dag Krister Volle (26 April 1963 – 30 August 1998), better known as Denniz Pop (stylized ''Denniz PoP''), was a Swedish DJ, music producer, and songwriter. He co-founded the recording studio Cheiron Studios in Stockholm in 1992. Life and career Volle was born on 26 April 1963 to the Norwegian immigrants Jarl Gregar Volle and Anna Volle (née Innstøy). He began as a DJ in the 1980s, and started producing remixed records and later original releases, producing Dr. Alban's single "Hello Afrika" in 1990. With Tom Talomaa, he founded the Cheiron Studios on Kungsholmen in Stockholm in 1992, and the next year recruited Max Martin (Martin Sandberg) to the studio.
